Hi friends! How are you? Happy Friday to ya! What’s going on this weekend? We had the BEST time in Spain and are back in the states after 10 amazing days in one of our new favorite places. I’m working on some blog post recaps to share, but in the meantime, here are some pics!

Fitness, health, and good eats:
Melatonin. I was on the fence about melatonin for years, but with more knowledge, I’ve changed my mind. I think it can have benefits, and can absolutely be used as a tool for better sleep. I ordered this to try at home to see if it might help me sleep on the long overnight flight – usually I’m too anxious to sleep – and it was everything. It helped me doze off and get a great plane catnap on the way to Spain.
We had zero transition to Spain time – it’s the first time EVER we could jump in the first day and not feel totally jet-lagged.

I should have bought more of this hand cream at the Farmacia. SO silky and thick, with a light floral scent, and it was like 4 euros.
These tanning drops! I use these all year to turn regular body lotion into tanning lotion.
